In the style of the mydavidcameron.com website, which sprang to fame in the run-up to the General Election, the group is giving visitors to its website the chance to add captions to doctored Change4Life ads.
The Children's Food Campaign is promoting the new page via Twitter and has already gained the support of the Soil Association.
One template shows one of its familiar colourful characters, created by M&C Saatchi, tucking into a cake while in another execution a character swaps a banana and juice for a soft drink.
"Remember: if you get fat it's all YOUR fault", is one of the captions already submitted while a second reads "Chocolate, crisps, fizzy drink, biscuits, sugar pops: that's my five a day".
The Children's Food Campaign plans to send a selection of the posters to the Department of Health next month.
The campaign is a response to Health Secretary Andrew Lansley's July speech when he said food and drink brands should make financial contributions to the Change4Life campaign and he dangled the carrot for a regulation regime with a lighter touch.
