Work beyond years and peers: Responsible for significant marketing and media budgets both agency and client side. He has been actively involved in mentoring and coaching a wide range of people, has led teams big and small, won some awards, and completed the IPA’s ‘MBA for brands’.
Advice to even younger self: ‘If you don’t ask, you don’t get. Never be afraid to approach people who can help you or your career. Most people are only too willing to help bright, tenacious people. Especially in this current economic climate, be brave.’
Brand passion: ‘I bloody love telly…..and can pretty much recite every episode of Brasseye line for line.’
Inspiration: ‘There are so many people in the industry to inspire younger people. If I had to choose one, you’d be hard pushed to beat Nicola Mendelsohn, current President of the IPA.’
