Zoopla has signed a sponsorship deal with the English Cricket Board (ECB) for its PrimeLocation.com brand to become the official ground partner for this summer's test matches.

PrimeLocation.com will run extensive branding at all nine international, test match and one day venues, alongside existing sponsors such as Jaguar, Specsavers and Westons Cider.

Branding will appear at venues including Lord's, The KIA Oval, Emirates Durham ICG, Edgbaston, Old Trafford, The Ageas Bowl, The SWALEC Stadium and Trent Bridge, during the 37 days of international cricket this summer.

This sponsorship will include the Ashes five test match series between England and Australia.

In addition to venue branding, the sponsorship agreement provides for "significant hospitality opportunities at the venue grounds, including use of the hallowed Long Room at Lord's".

Alex Chesterman, founder and chief executive of Zoopla Property Group, which is also the official shirt sponsor of West Bromwich Albion, said: "Cricket is the number one summer sport in the UK, enjoying very strong viewership and media coverage. And with England trying to retain the Ashes this summer, interest should be even higher than usual."
