Elizabeth Fagan, marketing director, health & beauty, international and brands, Boots

Fagan is a rare breed in the upper echelons of the marketing profession, having held the marketing director position since 2007, which feels like a marketing lifetime. Now, she has been rewarded further with the new role of marketing director, health & beauty international and brands, where she will lead the strategic direction of Boots along with global insights.

A former chemistry teacher, Fagan is a regular on the speaking circuit and has a refreshingly pragmatic attitude to technology. She advised delegates at Media 360 to "not just use tech because it’s new".
