Rob Rees has assumed Slamin's marketing responsibilities. Rees has been appointed interim marketing director for Campbell's in the UK until a successor for Slamin is found. Rees was previously marketing controller.
As acting marketing director he oversees all Campbell's brands, including Campbell's Soup, Oxo, Homepride and Batchelors.
Since acquiring Oxo, Campbell's has pledged to revamp its image. The firm brought back a modernised Oxo family in its TV ads in December. The family had been dropped by Unilever two years ago. Ads are through Abbott Mead Vickers BBDO.
