The awards, in their second year, set out to recognise the work of public relations professionals starting out in the industry occupying a role below account director.
Campaigns have been selected for categories including best practice, best creative idea, best online execution and most talented young individual.
The judging panel is made up of 15 professionals from the media, the PR industry, marketing departments and in-house clients. They include Jim Marshall, chief executive of MediaVest UK; Carl Lyons, head of marketing at Lastminute.com; and Kate James, director of UK external affairs at GlaxoSmithKline.
Kellogg has been shortlisted for the best creative idea for its Fruit 'n Fibre brand.
Results will be unveiled on September 17 at London's Hippodrome. The book of the night will feature in Marketing on September 19.
