Wishvalue.co.uk, which has been developed by database marketing and coupon company NCH Marketing Services, launches on Monday backed by a marketing budget of £1m per year.
The venture allows consumers to order money-off vouchers redeemable at any retailer for a range of brands. The site is organised into categories such as health and beauty, leisure and grocery.
NCH marketing director Andrew Gibb said Wishvalue will enable the company to capture data that reveals consumer spending habits rather than relying on data supplied by consumers. Manufacturers will be able to promote existing and new brands to consumers via the portal.
All data remains the property of NCH, though if brands wish to target consumers who have opted to receive information in a particular segment NCH, can target them on the manufacturer's behalf.
The Wishvalue brand has been created by Interbrand.
