Under the agreement, NetBenefit will provide NTL Home's 1.4m internet customers with the opportunity to purchase a domain name through NTL Home's internet portal.
The new service aims to offer users a quick and efficient way to search and register a domain name for their websites.
Ashley Middleton, head of portal management at NTL Home, said: "Domain names are an essential tool for anyone wanting to set up a web site, be it a hobby site or a family homepage."
The partnership will allow NTL to extend its service offering to its NTLworld users and is designed to compliment its existing NTL webspace area.
Geoff Wicks, chief executive of NetBenefit, added: "Portals are increasingly wanting to offer value-added services to customers."
