The agency will handle a mailing that will be sent to 600,000 prospects to recruit members to the company's 61 clubs in the new year.
Tequila will use digital printing to create personalised mailings that feature facilities of the clubs tailored to the recipient.
Esporta has appointed Tequila on a project basis. It last worked with the agency in 2002, also to recruit members and increase awareness of the brand.
