Honda develops customer titles for brand loyalty

LONDON - Honda is to produce a quarterly customer magazine to strengthen customer relationships and brand loyalty.

Dream magazine, which launches this week, will be sent to 150,000 Honda UK customers.

The magazine, which previews Honda products and includes competitions and feedback opportunities, will enable the car manufacturer to capture customer data.

Honda's ultimate aim is to distribute the title to all 400,000 of its UK customers.
