Account Win: Tchibo recruits Intelligent for a UK store rollout

Lifestyle retailer Tchibo has taken on Intelligent Marketing to support its UK store rollout, which sees it grow from 30 to 70 next year.

Intelligent's work will include a pre-Christmas push called "Everything you could wish for".

Details are still being finalised, but one activity being mooted is an experiential push with promotional staff handing out "magic wands". When brought in-store and placed under ultra-violet light, the wands reveal whether the shopper has won a prize.

- Intelligent Marketing has been named with nine other finalists for the Start Up Stars Awards at London's Savoy Hotel on 7 October. The grand prize is £20,000 in cash.
