Royal Mail hunts marketing chief

Royal Mail is seeking a new marketing director following chief executive Adam Crozier's latest shake-up.

According to a Royal Mail spokesperson, Crozier's decision to replace current marketing director Paul Rich comes as part of a round of changes to senior management that also recently saw him cut the management board from 11 to eight members.

However, Rich is not leaving the company and will take up another senior role, yet to be confirmed.

Royal Mail expects the replacement process to take several months, during which time Rich will remain in the role.
