A small promotional fulfilment and direct-mailing agency in Devon
complained to BT about its recently appointed US-agency Devon Direct,
because it will operate under the same name.
The agency, based in Honiton, Devon, has been trading under the name

He said the story in Marketing (June 13), announcing Devon Direct’s BT
account win, had caused problems with existing clients who were worried
about how he could properly represent them while handling a big client

The US-based agency intends to open offices in the UK to handle the
pounds 20m direct marketing account it won from BT in June.
