Pressure is on the down strokes, akin to her throwing down the

gauntlet.



This is someone who isn’t afraid to issue a challenge but what she is

most likely to be challenging is the status quo rather than the Black

Knight.



Achieving what has not yet been achieved is a prime target of her

endeavours!



Her graphology chart shows extremes in all areas except for her basic

personality which is extremely centralised (ie stable). The reason she

can attempt the ’impossible’ is that underneath it all she is a pretty

laid-back lady whose personal priorities transcend things like

personality conflicts. She is able to gets on with what matters to

her.

’The thing about haste without waste is certainly me and I do like to

challenge the status quo. I’m not sure I understand the comment about

the Black Knight - I’ve never though of Martin Sorrell in that way

before, although he would probably say that I’m not afraid to challenge

him either!



I am laid-back and I recognise myself in the comment about extremes.



I do hope I’m a bit more fun than this analysis makes me seem. Finally,

in this business it’s good to know that she thinks I’m going to be

around for a while!’
