A number of sectors are being targeted, according to Cantor Gaming chief operating officer Tom Kenny. These include tobacco, alcohol and FMCG, which Kenny claims would benefit from a branded gaming offering.
The division, which aims to benefit from the relaxation of gaming laws, will offer managed web-based casino facilities that can run on any website and feature a range of games including roulette and blackjack as well as Asian games Pai Gow and Sic Bo.
Cantor Gaming is the latest development from the financial brokerage, which launched a mobile-based spread-betting service two years ago under its Cantor Index brand.
The division has launched its own online casino, Cantor Casino, which it plans to expand beyond the internet with the introduction of a mobile service next year.
