Since the Hoover fiasco, clients have tended to cringe whenever the

Now, Thomas Cook Promotions, working with the Institute of Sales
Promotion, has produced The Little Red Book, which it modestly terms
’the ultimate travel guide for the marketing industry’.
The book provides expert advice on how the travel industry works, as
well as a stack of practical ideas for using travel promotions in a
range of marketing situations. Its contents are to be incorporated into
next year’s ISP educational programme.
