US lender, The Money Store, is trawling for a media agency to
handle the launch of a range of high street loan shops.
Money Store is a specialist lender which entered the UK mortgage market
last summer. It sells through intermediaries and targets so-called
non-conforming borrowers, such as the self-employed and those with a
poor credit history.
The advertiser, which has a budget of about pounds 4m to spend, is
understood to have approached four agencies with a brief to help give it
a stronger brand identity on the high street.
