Alice Chalard is the new brand manager for Campbell Distillers, the
UK subsidiary of international drinks group Pernod Ricard. She will be
responsible for its UK spirits division Scotch whisky brand portfolio.
She will market its flagship malt whisky brands Aberlour 10-year-old,
and Edradour 10-year-old. Chalard will report to director of marketing,
Peter Gibson is to become head of media and public relations at British
Red Cross. He will be responsible for the media relations, events and
exhibitions teams, as well as building British Red Cross’s reputation
with its external audiences. He was previously head of communications
for the National Blood Service.
Eric Wilton is the new marketing director at Pendragon, the pensions
publishing arm of the Thomson Corporation. He had been acting as an
external marketing consultant, and before that was joint managing
partner and founding director of strategic communications agency
Marketing Communications Workshop.
Emma Kenny is filling the new role of customer marketing controller at
B&Q. She will help develop loyalty schemes, market research and customer
services. Kenny was previously at McKinsey for five years.
Steve Padgett is joining The Added Value Company as research planner,
where he will be involved in NPD and brand positioning projects for
clients such as Safeway and Walkers.
