Insurance giant AXA has realigned its marketing department and has
chosen not to replace marketing director Simon Rhodes, who left the
company in March.
Rhodes’ responsibility will be split between personal lines director Lee
Gladwell and commercial and intermediary lines director Mark Cliff.
TBWA GGT Simons Palmer handles AXA’s advertising.
PR manager David Ross said AXA is shifting its focus to bring marketing
closer to the business and that Gladwell and Cliff have worked for the
company for some time.
’One of their jobs will be looking after the marketing of specific
channels,’ said Ross.
