NEW MEDIA: Superdrug.com links with M-box for delivery deal

Superdrug.com, the web site of the Kingfisher-owned health and beauty retailer, has handed its home delivery service business to online fulfilment specialist M-box.

Superdrug.com, the web site of the Kingfisher-owned health and beauty retailer, has handed its home delivery service business to online fulfilment specialist M-box.

The partnership will see M-box's fleet of motorbike couriers deliver a selection of goods from the 2500 lines available on the Superdrug site, which was launched earlier this year.

In addition to a standard two-day delivery, the service will offer a choice of two-hour delivery within Greater London, four-hour delivery within the M25, or next-day delivery nationwide, for between pounds 2.50 and pounds 7.50.

M-Box, which was founded by former directors of direct marketing agency Brann and Unilever, was launched in June in a tie-up between the Association of Convenience Stores and Express Dairies, which sank about pounds 4m into the project (Marketing, June 15).
