Novartis Consumer Health, the pharmaceuticals to foods group whose brands include Ovaltine and Isostar, has appointed The Drayton Bird Partnership as global direct marketing partner across its brand portfolio.
Novartis wants the agency to strengthen the strategic and creative work of its local agencies around the world. The agency will offer a raft of consultancy and training services to Novartis managers across Europe.
The appointment comes as Novartis ramps up its commitment to below-the-line work. Novartis is thought to be doubling its DM spend in the next two years, although its current budget is unknown.
