Becky Charles takes the hassle out of finding the right product or service - you ask the question, she'll provide the answer.

Q: We are planning events for next summer and want to go as far as possible to make them environmentally and ethically aware. Who can help with this?

A: Why don't you try Seventeen (020 7515 5775). It prides itself on creating ethical events, that are distinctive and fresh.

It monitors how environmentally friendly its venues are, and encourages them to introduce an environmental policy. It will ensure that your event concept is consistent and has strong links with organic caterers.

Seventeen has recently organised events including the Summer in Holborn festival and the Guardian editor's summer party. It has an extensive database of venues and is happy to research UK venues outside London, as well as overseas.

Q: We are looking for an innovative way to boost brand loyalty for our bottled Italian sauce. Have you any suggestions?

A: You might consider using the packaging - maybe incorporate a mini magazine that can be attached to the product, containing special offers, recipes or healthy-eating tips.

On Product Publishing (020 7502 6253) can adapt packaging to include a removable magazine for distribution through retail. This allows manufacturers to exploit the space on their products and make the most of its touchpoints with consumers. Its Magazine on a Bottle product won awards for innovation when it was first used on bottled water brand iLove in Australia.

On Product Publishing has worked with some of the world's leading consumer goods firms, including Coca-Cola, Virgin Active and Tetra Pak.

Q: We want to cover-mount a DVD on the latest edition of our niche publication and need to find someone who can turn our order around quickly. Can you recommend anyone?

A: Give Multi Media Replication a call (01264 336 330). Established in 1992, its duplication service provides a flexible, fast turnaround and its service is designed to meet your deadlines. It can receive materials, duplicate, print and dispatch in one day if necessary.

Its discs and packaging can be accompanied by high-quality print, from black text labels to full-colour designs. It can also handle Pantone PMS artwork for corporate colours.

If you are having trouble producing artwork for on-disc printing or packaging, it can offer artwork editing and creation services as well as a wide range of packaging options.

Q: We are exhibiting at a series of trade shows over the next six months and need a stand that we can re-use. Who can you recommend to provide this?

A: Get in touch with RB Design & Display (0870 240 2204). Formed in 1991, the company prides itself on innovative design, sensible pricing and excellent customer service, whether you require a banner stand for a press backdrop or a complex multi-tier custom-built exhibit.

Its modular exhibition stand systems would be perfect for your purpose as they give a custom-build look and have the flexibility to be reconfigured and used repeatedly.
