UK head of brand marketing, Jamal Benmiloud, left the company last month to join former Red Bull UK brand director Guy Carling on the launch of the brand (Marketing 7 November).
Both Carling and Benmiloud left Red Bull following a restructure by managing director Nigel Frood, who was promoted from director of off-trade sales following the departure of Harry Drnec in March. Carling was subsequently replaced by Anoushka Feiler and it is not known if there is a replacement for Benmiloud.
Red Bull is believed to be reducing its investment in marketing and new product development. No-one at the company would comment.
