Iris had worked on T-Mobile's promotional activity, including point-of-sale and store design across its 255 retail outlets, while direct work is managed by Tullo Marshall Warren. The mobile phone brand has approached direct agencies with a view to moving the two accounts into a single agency.
In February, T-Mobile hired Gyro International to handle its UK business-to-business marketing work, following a pitch. The agency was briefed to manage both online and offline communications. It is not known whether Gyro will be affected by the review.
