Quantum Partnership has appointed Haygarth Group to handle the
through-the-line marketing account for the government's Energy
Efficiency Best Practice Programme, an initiative designed to improve
Haygarth will be responsible for all marketing consultancy and
campaigns, including brand strategy, advertising, PR, direct marketing,
promotional marketing, design and digital marketing.
The programme is run by the Department of the Environment, Food and
Rural Affairs and will be managed in future by The Carbon Trust - set up
to lead efforts toward a low carbon economy in the UK.
