STOP PRESS: 35 redundancies at Guardian Newspapers

Guardian Newspapers is to make 35 staff redundant by March after

admitting it expects to be £30m down in advertising revenue

against plans for the current financial year. The cuts will be

implemented on a voluntary basis and affect three marketing jobs.
