Agencies invited to pitch for the business include The Field, Iris, RPM, Fitch, and WDMP.

A spokeswoman said: ‘Throughout this year, projects have been in place and changes occurring to simplify our working processes as one team going forward. This project is ongoing and will continue into 2009 so we will not comment on companies involved at this stage.'
