The logo for the initiative, which aims to raise £1m to support grass-roots cycling schemes in the UK, has been created by branding agency flb. It is intended to encourage people of all ages and fitness levels to cycle.
The design features the silhouette of two cyclists waving. It uses Asda's blue and green brand colours and font.
As part of the initiative Olympic gold-medallist Sir Chris Hoy will team up with Asda chief executive Andy Bond, who is aiming to cycle the length of mainland Britain over 10 days in August.
