Flack, who joins from his role as vice-president for sales and marketing for Hilton Asia Pacific, will oversee brand strategy, strategic partnerships and promotions across the leisure and business markets. He will also support marketing and business development efforts for Hilton Worldwide Resorts.

In November, the company appointed Paul Brown as its new president of global brands and shared services. Brown had previously been president of Expedia North America.
