Save the Children to boost corporate partnerships

LONDON - Save the Children plans to expand its corporate-partnerships portfolio following the recruitment of the British Heart Foundation's Douglas Campbell Rouse.

Rouse, who was head of corporate partnerships at BHF, will join Save the Children at the end of September.

During his tenure at BHF he oversaw high-profile partnerships with the likes of Lloyds TSB and Home Retail Group. At Save the Children he will expand and develop the charity's corporate partnerships, which currently include multimillion-pound tie-ups with IKEA, Reckitt Benckiser, British Gas, TK Maxx and First Group.
