Samsung supports breast cancer charities with Piccadilly Circus ads

LONDON - Samsung Electronics Europe is using its Piccadilly Circus outdoor ad screen to promote its European breast cancer campaign, 'Everybody's Doing It'.

The mobile manufacturer is playing a viral featuring real breast cancer victims, driving people to www.morethantalk.eu, which aims to develop awareness of breast cancer.

This is the first time in its 15-year history of owning the Piccadilly Circus outdoor advertisement spot that Samsung will showcase a non-product campaign. 

The ‘Everybody's Doing It' campaign is also playing through Facebook, YouTube, Flickr and Twitter, It will culminate with a celebratory party inside the atrium at the Westfield London on 15 October, featuring women who appear in Samsung's viral campaign plus celebrity guests.

In 2008, Samsung donated $3 million to Breast Cancer Charities across Europe and announced a multi-million dollar five year pledge to support breast cancer charities in Europe.
