The online survey, created by Meteorite and run in conjunction with loyalty partner Nectar, will reach more than 6m consumers. It will gather information on consumer tastes and preferences relating to the home and garden.
Respondents will be entered in a prize draw to win a top prize of 1m Nectar points; runners-up will receive up to 100,000 Nectar points.
The survey, which launched on Monday, is being hosted online. Marketing activity will target Homebase and Nectar customers.
