Marketing Mole: Who does Google think you are? Natasha Hill - Supporter marketing director - Cancer Research UK

- The first result takes us to the website of an Arizona-based child counsellor.

- Second is the only link to the Natasha Hill we are interested in, a June 2008 feature from Marketing Direct.

- In third and fifth places are links to sites belonging to a web designer.

- The fourth is Google's image results for Natasha Hill, none of which is relevant.

VERDICT - Competing with people who use their names for their businesses is never easy. That said, the two other Natasha Hills do not seem to be pursuing any SEO strategy, so it is disappointing that we cannot find information on Hill's recent work.

ACTION - Allowing Cancer Research UK's supporters to get to know its communications team should help to increase donations. Hill could head up a social media campaign to keep people engaged and informed about how their money is being spent.
