Digital Choice: Cremeegg.co.uk

I think I've always known in my heart of hearts that Creme Eggs were more than just an inanimate foodstuff, and now it is confirmed. They are the lemmings of the lunch box, honeyed Humpty Dumptys hell-bent on becoming gooey goners.

And there is something engaging about the fact that these indulgences that seasonally ease my hangovers do so willingly. Most chocolates presumably have to travel to Switzerland to end it all.

CMW Interactive's cremeegg.co.uk expands the 'Here Today, Goo Tomorrow' TV and press activity, taking us into the Institute of Goo-ology. Here one can do the usual stuff - stream the TV spots, indulge in some daft shrink-isms, and download wallpapers. What stands out, though, is the excellent Eggs & Ladders game. Easy enough for a twit like me to get, hard enough to make it worth the download to your mobile. Best of all, if you mess the thing up, the eggs still die, which is just as they would want it.

In a world where nothing stays the same for long, Creme Egg's consistence is comforting, and this site is a good fit; totally stupid, and a little bit trippy - just like life would be if it were better than it is.

Agency: CMW Interactive.
