The range, launched at Selfridges this week, includes Red Onion Confit, Plum Chutney and Roasted Tomato and Cumin Salsa variants.
The packaging for the range was developed through a partnership between the team at Stein-owned The Seafood Restaurant and the University of Brighton's School of Service Management.
The seafood chef owns a string of restaurants in Cornish town Padstow. The range is also available at Stein's website, www.rickstein.com.
