Brands overlook stay-at-home dads

LONDON - This Father's Day, more dads than ever will be at home holding the baby. Over recent years, paternity rights and flexible working have climbed the political agenda and, earlier this month, it was announced that, from 2009, fathers in Bulgaria will be allowed at least three months of paid paternity leave; many social policy advisers believe similar changes in the UK will follow.
