Tesco to create high street bank and plans telecoms move

LONDON - Tesco has primed itself to push further into banking and telecoms services by taking full control of Tesco Personal Finance from Royal Bank of Scotland and moving UK marketing director Lance Batchelor to chief executive of Tesco Telecoms.
