LONDON - The logistics of being responsible for a team of more than 10,000 people, a marketing budget of over £700m and a profit and loss account that runs into billions, not to mention being answerable to the Murdoch clan, would make all but the most megalomaniacal feel queasy. It is surprising, then, that Brian Sullivan, managing director of BSkyB's customer group, comes across as remarkably laid-back.
