BBC, ITV and Channel 4 guarantee not to revisit Kangaroo VOD deal for five years

LONDON - Channel 4, ITV and the BBC have pledged not to acquire any part of their rival broadcasters' video on demand activities under a five-year agreement with the Competition Commission.
