UK brewers struggle to market low-alcohol beers

LONDON - As the government and brewers collectively spend millions on the Campaign for Smarter Drinking in a bid to convince Brits to get less drunk, it seems all the more remarkable that drinkers have never taken to low-alcohol and alcohol-free beers.
