Given the popularity of Comparethemarket.com's TV ads, one might expect Mark Vile, the price-comparison site's marketing director, to be full of swagger. On the contrary, the 33-year-old admits that the idea for the campaign did not come easily to him. 'I do agonise about tough decisions. They may not come as easily as they do to other people,' he says.
