I think Apple pitched this about right - its 2011 goal is to consolidate gains and build up the mass market - not to introduce a slew of new technologies that appeal to early adopters. iPad3 will do that. Apple has component pricing power that no other single tablet manufacturer can match and will use that to it's advantage - reducing prices later in the year or increase memory. Is this a stunt? I thought online dating sounded bad enough, but online extra-marital online dating, that's taking desperation to a whole new level.
