I like the idea but I think it is bit before its time in the UK. I think if the technology catches up I think the concept could work. At the moment though this is just a painful process. We have reviewed similar technology at 4Ps Marketing with our retail clients and the whole area is exciting but we will need to wait and see. Credit to Tesco for trialling it though.

Am I right in remembering that this was the same technology used by Tesco in Japan \(before they exited the market)?

Mmmm, lets download a piece of software, download an image, print off the image, set up the webcam, then be able to experience the product. Surely a video or 3D image would be a tad easier when on a computer? Only saying.
